The rental price specified in the offer is based on a rental period of 8 hours. The rental period can be adjusted to customer needs, so a rental period longer than 8 hours is possible. Extensions can be arranged by prior agreement at a net charge of €100.00 per hour (excl. staff & drinks). We don’t have a closing time.
After prior arrangement, the event can spontaneously be extended by one hour on the day of the event (€250.00 net plus staff & drinks).
The Spreespeicher can very easily be reached using local and long-distance public transport links. We recommend using our route planner: Getting to the Spreespeicher (only available in German)
There are no public parking spaces available on our premises. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can reserve one of our customer parking spaces for you. Alternatively, we recommend using the underground car park of the nHow Hotels, the parking facilities across the street, or the parking garage of the East Side Mall.
We will gladly make an unstaffed cloakroom available to you.
The location and number of coat stands are variable.
On request, you can also book cloakroom staff through us.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. The fire alarm system might be triggered by the smoke. Please use the Spreeterrace to smoke.
Every location includes a terrace area fitted with lounge furniture and parasols. The lower terrace (waterfront) is a public space and not part of the location; on request, we can arrange seating on the waterfront for you according to your wishes. If you need any further outdoor furniture, we will gladly rent it for you at a charge.
Sanitary facilities are available at the ground level, in the hallway of the Spreespeicher. These facilities are publicly available, i.e. they can be used by guests of several different events. Any reservation for events with over 150 people includes a mandatory toilet service at a charge.
With our own fully equipped kitchen, we offer
high-quality catering with unique flavors. You have the choice between buffets, a fixed menu, finger foods, table buffets, as well as midnight and reception snacks. Of course, all dishes are prepared according to your wishes; be it vegetarian, vegan, or gluten or lactose-free. The billing of dishes is based on the actual food selection; children are charged in proportion to their age.
The BBQ on the Spreeterrasse is a great highlight for your event. We do want to point out that the event manager might decide to move the “barbecuing” to the kitchen in the event of bad weather (rain, storm) to ensure the quality
of the dishes and a seamless cooking process.

It is generally possible to bring along your own spirits at a net corkage fee of €35.00 per bottle (max. 1 litre). If you have chosen the “Long drinks” beverage package, you can bring along your own spirits for free. We will gladly assist you in realizing your ideas.

You can replace certain drinks within the same price segment, according to your wishes, for a net fee of €100.00. If there are any price differences, the difference will be charged additionally. If you want to bring your own drinks as part of the package, we charge a storage fee (according to effort), since we take care of the storage, disposal and cooling.
Our staff hours include 1 hour of preparation and 1 hour of follow-up work. Any additional staff deployment will be charged additionally.
Depending on the number of guests, we require a minimum number of staff to provide you and your guests with the best possible service while meeting our own standards of quality. For this reason, we cannot allow you to bring along your own staff for the bar and service areas. Our standards of quality, the walking routes, the handling of equipment and furniture, as well as disassembly are hindered significantly by any staff you might bring along yourself. Please trust in our experience and simply lean back: “Service means seeing everything through the eyes of your customer.”

| Each location has a fixed light and sound system which is included in the rent and creates a great dance and party atmosphere. It is not permitted to bring your own music system. We will gladly contact your DJ/ band to finetune the technical side of things. You can also play music in the terrace area. Playing music is permitted until 10 pm, unless any other events are taking place at the same time. We will gladly rent the speaker system for you at a net charge of €200.00.
| We offer a DJ at a net flat rate of €500.00 for 5 hours. The DJs charge an extension per one hour at a net price of €100.00. You are also welcome to hire your own DJ or band to accompany your event. If you are hiring a band or a similar musical act, it must be noted and communicated that as a general rule no acoustic drums are permitted at our locations, only electronic drums. We will be happy to send you an overview of our technical equipment. If you need equipment which is not available, we will rent additional equipment for you from our technical partner.
| All event rooms have 2 LAN connections with direct, wired internet access. You can connect your device to the Internet using a cable. You and your guests can also connect to our Wi-Fi hotspot “SPREESPEICHER GUEST”. Our service manager will hand you vouchers with login data. Each voucher can only be used for one device. We are happy to provide you with a personal network for your guests. You can change the name and password (at least 8 characters) of the network yourself. You do not need to bring your own music system, since all our rooms are already equipped with high-quality music equipment. Due to noise protection regulations, the volume of our music systems within the rooms is limited to 97 decibels. This maximum volume is similar to the limits in nightclubs; at the same time, you and your guests can still use the Spreeterrasse all night without restrictions. This means that the terrace is also accessible after 10 pm.
It is therefore not permitted to bring your own music system. In exceptional circumstances, external equipment can be brought along for the band. However, as a prerequisite, the speakers must then be controllable solely via a mixer. A technician of the Spreespeicher will regularly measure the noise output of the amplifier during the use of the external music system. We will charge the associated costs accordingly.
The Capitol Yard Golf Lounge has a golf simulator, a virtual driving range. It can be used free of charge. On request, the green area of the golf simulator can be disassembled at a net price of €200.00.
The fireplace in the Capitol Yard Golf Lounge can be lit on request at a net charge of €25.00; it harmoniously fits the overall feel of the room. However, it is not a real fireplace. The fireplace is lit with bioethanol.
You are welcome to use the TV screen at the entrance of your location to display a custom greeting text free of charge.
